Ending Presentation vs Closing and Recording Results

Good day all!

As per a previous thread I started, we are having issues using downloaded xAPI files in Blackboard Learn Ultra. While we have a temporary solution (SCORM wrapper), we are experiencing another issue.

On the last slide I have added an Exit button, with the action set to Finish Presentation. When we use test it, the button does function to end the presentation as we get the following messages:

However, after that nothing happens. The presentation doesn’t close, and nothing is recorded to Blackboard, other than the attempt being saved as a draft:

I know that in ActivePresenter we have to add some JavaScript to close the project and record the results, but I don’t see anywhere or way to do that in uPresenter.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @Clementine_Vu - thanks so much for your reply. Yes, if you could get back to this when you have a solution. We really want our teachers to be able to use the licenses we’ve purchased for them, so we need the project to close and be recorded as completed in the gradebook.
