The transition - and credits purchased

Clementine,

I was just puzzling ove rmy stack of slide presentations - and how it fits with the ‘Beta plan’ -
(1) Do I need to quickly download them all before the end of December?
(2) I bought a lot of pay as you go credits - will these expire and disappear. I have a lot left and was wondering whetehr to be imaginative and start producing potential lsides for a lot of diferent things?

Just puzzles…

John

Hopefully temporary only

Hi John,

This is just a temporary error.
We have checked and fixed it.

You can continue experiencing uPresenter now.
Thank you for your report.

BR,
Clem

Regarding your concerns about projects and credits, they will still remain in your account when the beta phase ends.

You can still run or present the project live.
Further editing might be limited a bit (the ability to export).
You can see the limitations between the Free and the Pro plan here: uPresenter Pricing Plans | Affordable eLearning Content Creation

About the credits, as I replied to you in another post before, you can always check the end date of your credits in your Profile Settings.

For example, this is mine.
Kindly log in to your account again and check there to know when your credits expire, John.

BR,

Clementine,

Hope you have had a good Xmas (or whatever seasonal celebrations you have) - I was wondering about news with Upresenter. I have just returned from being away with my family - and was wondering what might be in store for the new year

Hi John,

Hope you have had a great Xmas and will have a happy new year.

At the moment, I can only spoil that we will be out of the Beta phase in 1 month time.
Public price for the Pro plan will be announced then.
AI credits can be bought separately as stated on the Pricing site, so pay attention to this site as well: uPresenter Pricing Plans | Affordable eLearning Content Creation

Thank you so much for all your support and continuous follow-up.
No words can express our gratitude, John.

Hope we can accompany you for a long journey with uPresenter.

Best regards,
Clem
